RUN DENOMINATION:

The encoding of a run contains the name of the method (agree, kkno,
kunk, phylogen, infocon, etc), the region on which the test was
performed (hs2, hs3, beta = HBB promoter, hs23b = combined hs2-hs3-HBB
promoter), parameter values (or ranges) for the particular test.

Example:

phylogen.hs2.l9.N.a1.286:1.333

denotes a phylogen run on the hs2 region. The minimum region length was
9, the fixed anchor value varied in the range [1.286,1.333] and no
flexible anchor was used.
