Submit this sequence to
RepeatMasker.
When you do, check the queue of jobs waiting to be processed by RepeatMasker.
If there are more than just a couple of jobs, then get the masked sequence
here.
Then submit the masked sequence to
Blast.
Make two blast searches, one with blastn against dbEST, and one with blastx
against the nr database.
Write a few sentences saying what you found.
